After a very stressful time at the airport with our flights getting cancelled a lot of people were rushing to get somewhere booked after the airlines refused to help. On check-in there was a large queue of people so the staff from the bar came round to offer complimentary drinks and comforted everyone as best as they could. The staff on the check-in desk was very patient and lovely given the circumstances and I was able to secure a late check out free of charge to give us more time to recuperate. Then hotel then looked after our baggage and arrange a taxi to come for us later on which really helped us. The room was absolutely amazing, one of the best hotel rooms I've ever seen with beautiful decor, a super comfortable bed, excellent information on the local area and a well stocked mini fridge, it was absolute luxury. The hotel included breakfast which was amazing and all sourced from local suppliers.

I loved everything about Nine Orchard, from the service to the comfortable bed to the cookies on my nightstand every night. The attention to detail in every aspect, including decor and facilities, was beyond my expectations. I loved the custom speakers in my room and curated playlists. The hand drawn map was a nice touch. The view from my room was incredible. I spent a good amount of time at my desk writing and looking out toward the skyline.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and all the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Our room on the 11th floor was nice with a great bathroom. Liked the choice of the restaurant or bar for breakfast and the cocktails in the evening were appreciated. The complimentary wine between 5 and 6 in the evening was a nice thought in the East Room. The location downtown on the edge of chinatown suited us. The hotel was very well run and seemed genuinely interested in us and made us very welcome.

Gorgeous common areas and exterior. Room decor not quite as impressive, but the small details are well thought out and delivered added comfort and enjoyability to my stay. Breakfast was simple (I didn’t order from the expanded menu) but absolutely delicious.

Amazing staff, beautiful decoration, high quality fixtures and fittings. Beautiful beds. Great food. Great mini bar. Fabulous location. I loved my stay.

Always felt well taken care of- cool little touches like apples and water upon arrival, ginger snap bedtime cookies. Loved the music mix… I can’t see why we would stay anywhere else when we come to NYC

The decor was lovely, the beds super comfortable, daily mineral water replacement and turn down service, very quiet for a Manhattan hotel, free wine hour 5-6 Tues, Weds and Thurs, easy to add Netflix and Apple to the tv

upscale, well-located, elegant, low-key. delicious food and drink program - croissants and madeleines are amazing - and probably the best spaghetti pomodoro one can get for room service anywhere. Swan Room had a beautiful ambiance and solid cocktails.

Brand new refurbished hotel from a bank premises to an amazing accommodation place with the old teller room as a beautiful dining room for special breakfast

Charming and cosy. Beautifully designed and decorated. Staff were so friendly and kind. Room very comfortable. Bathroom large and it and bedroom are really well- designed. Great shower
